You will be notified of each change in your order status by email. The order status is designed specifically to provide this service:

  • shipped - Your parcel has been transferred to DHL. Along with the mailing notification, you will receive an e-mail with the waybill number to track your parcel until the moment of delivery.

Cropping suggestions will be e-mailed to you. The Seller never makes any decisions without consulting the Customer.
